You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The DeedSnipe platform, including its design, scoring algorithms, and software, is our proprietary property. The underlying auction data is derived from public records and remains in the public domain. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeedSnipe and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or financial losses arising from your use of or reliance on this Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DeedSnipe in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeedSnipe and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any investment or bidding decision you make based on data from the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
